As soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package in real time.

All returns are made directly from your customer area on our website.

All you need to do is:

1. Log in to your account using the email address used when placing the order
   
2. Go to the “My Orders” section
   
3. Open the relevant order
   
4. Click on the “Request a Return” button
   
5. Select the item to return (and the quantity)
   
6. Choose the reason for the return and, if necessary, add a comment
   
7. Confirm your return request
   

Once your request is accepted, you will receive an email with all the instructions to send your package back to us (return address and, if needed, return label).

⚠️ Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
