At Saiko-Shop®, we prepare your order within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends). Then, delivery takes 6 to 10 business days depending on your address.

As soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package in real time.

All returns are made directly from your customer area on our website.

All you need to do is:

1. Log in to your account using the email address used when placing the order
   
2. Go to the “My Orders” section
   
3. Open the relevant order
   
4. Click on the “Request a Return” button
   
5. Select the item to return (and the quantity)
   
6. Choose the reason for the return and, if necessary, add a comment
   
7. Confirm your return request
   

Once your request is accepted, you will receive an email with all the instructions to send your package back to us (return address and, if needed, return label).

⚠️ Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Changed your mind? No problem, we can act quickly. As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can request:

- A modification (item, address, etc.)

- A cancellation with a refund

Once the package is sent, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.

Can't find the email? No worries:

You can track your order directly from this page. Just retrieve your tracking number from your customer area, under "My Orders".

You can securely pay for your orders with:

- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- PayPal / PayPal 4x interest-free (depending on your PayPal account and the amount of your order)
- Apple Pay (if enabled on your device)
