General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

This website is operated by Saiko-Shop (hereinafter " Saiko-Shop », « we », « our »). By visiting this site and/or purchasing one of our products, you (hereinafter "you", the Customer) you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (« Terms and Conditions of Sale/Use »), as well as by the policies referenced.

Article 1 – Scope and acceptance

Access to the Site and placing an order imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale/Use. If you do not accept all provisions, you must not use the Site or the Services.

Article 2 – Use of the Site

You declare that you have thelegal age of majority and use the Site in accordance with applicable law. It is forbidden to use the Site for illegal purposes, to transmit viruses/malware, or to disrupt its operation. Any violation may result in termination immediate access.

Article 3 – Products and availability

Some Products may only be available in limited quantities. The essential features, photos, and prices including tax are displayed on each product page. The images are illustrative and minor variations may occur depending on screens.

Article 4 – Prices and promotions

Prices are expressed in euros including tax (excluding shipping fees displayed before payment). We may change our prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in effect at validation of the order. In case ofobvious error, the order may be canceled with refund.

Article 5 – Order and contract formation

Before payment, you can review and correct your cart. The order is final after email confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any abnormal or fraudulent order.

Article 6 – Billing and account

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (identity, address, email, payment methods) and update them to allow order processing and necessary communication.

Article 7 – Payment

Accepted methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Amex, Apple Pay, PayPal. Payments are secured. In case of refusal, the order is canceled.

Article 8 – Delivery

Service area: Metropolitan France only.
Indicative deadlines: preparation 24–48 business hours, delivery 6–10 business days including preparation.
Deadlines may vary depending on the product and period. If not specified, delivery occurs no later than 30 days after the order. In case of significant delay, you may request the cancellation of the sale after formal notice, and obtain refund. Upon receipt, check the package and, if necessary, make precise reservations with the carrier within 48 hours.

Article 9 – Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without reason. Notify us of your decision at contact@saiko-shop.com and complete the procedure via our online return center ( In case of withdrawal (change of mind within 14 days): return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility. Products must be intact, complete, and in their original packaging. We refund all payments received (excluding additional delivery costs) within a maximum of 14 days from notification or until the Product is recovered.

Article 10 – Returns outside withdrawal period

In case ofpreparation error, of damage during transport or of defect noted, we cover the return fee and offer a replacement or a refund. The request must be made via our conline return center.

Article 11 – Retention of Title

We we retain ownership of the Products until full payment of the price. The risks are transferred upon taking possession physical by the Customer.

Article 12 – Comments and user content

By posting a comment or content, you grant us a non-exclusive license allowing us toedited, the reproduced and distributed (in compliance with the law). Illegal, defamatory, counterfeit, insulting, obscene, or malicious content may be moderated or deleted.

Article 13 – Prohibited uses

It is forbidden to use the Site: (a) for illegal purposes; (b) to infringe rights (IP, privacy); (c) to publish hateful, defamatory, or obscene content; (d) to spread viruses or interfere with security; (e) to collect data without legal basis; (f) to harass, scam, or spam.

Article 14 – Legal warranties

In accordance with the Consumer Code:

• Legal conformity warranty: 2 years from the delivery (art. L.217-3 to L.217-20). In case of non-conformity, the Customer can obtain the repair, the replacement, or failing that, a price reduction or contract termination.

• Warranty against hidden defects: provided for in articles 1641 and 1648 of the Civil Code.

Article 15 – Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages. No liability can be held in case of non-performance due to the Customer’s fault, unforeseeable and insurmountable third-party events, or a case of force majeure.

Article 16 – Consumer mediation

After a written complaint sent to contact@saiko-shop.com, the Customer may use a competent consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
Note: the European RLL platform (ODR) has been closed since July 20, 2025. The Customer may turn to a competent national mediator.

Article 17 – Personal data

See our Privacy Policy (controller, purposes, legal bases, durations, GDPR rights, transfers outside the EU).

Article 18 – Applicable law and jurisdiction

These are subject to French law. Failing an amicable agreement or mediation, the competent French courts will be seized.

Article 19 – Changes to the T&Cs/User Terms

We may modify these. The applicable version is the one in effect on the order date.
