Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

To initiate a return request, simply go through our online returns center.

⚠️ Products must be returned:

intact, complete, and unused,
in their original packaging,
with proof of purchase (order number).

Return Fees

In case of withdrawal (change of mind): return fees are borne by the Customer.
In case of defective, damaged product or preparation error: return fees are covered by Saiko-Shop.

Refund Timeframes

Once your return is approved, we will proceed with the full refund of the returned products (excluding initial shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error).

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of your request, or until the actual recovery of the returned product.
It will be made using the same payment method used for your order.

Exceptions to the Right of Return

Some items cannot be returned or refunded:

Personalized or custom-made products.
Items unsealed for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g., figurines removed from their sealed packaging).
Digital products already downloaded or used.
Clothing already worn, washed, or showing signs of use.
Dirty items or showing signs of wear.
Equipment damaged, incomplete, or deteriorated due to misuse.

Return Procedure

You just need to:

Log in to your account with the email address used when ordering
Go to the "My Orders" section
Open the relevant order
Click the "Request a Return" button
Select the item to return (and quantity)
Choose the reason for the return and, if needed, add a comment
Confirm your return request

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, except in case of our error (e.g., incorrect product sent).
If you want to get another item or size, simply initiate a return via our online returns center, get a refund, then place a new order.
