Shipping and Returns

📦 When will I receive my order?

At Saiko Shop®, we prepare your order within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends). Then, delivery takes 6 to 10 business days depending on your address.

As soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package in real time.

How can I return an item?

All returns are made directly through our online return center, accessible right here: click here

You just need to:

  1. Enter your order number
  2. Select the item in question
  3. Choose the reason for the return
  4. Once your request is validated, you will receive instructions to send the package back to us.

⚠️ Items must be returned within 14 days after receipt, in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

😕 What should I do if my item is broken or incorrect?

If your item arrived damaged, incomplete, or does not match, don't worry!

🛒 Can I modify or cancel my order?

Changed your mind? No problem, we can act quickly. As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can request:

- A modification (item, address, etc.)

- A cancellation with a refund

Once the package is sent, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.

🗺️ How to track my order?

Tracking your order is super simple.

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow its journey in real time.

Can't find the email? No worries:

You can track your order directly from this page. You just need to retrieve your tracking number from your customer area, under "My Orders".

📦 My order is incomplete / one item is missing: what should I do?

It happens that your order is shipped in multiple packages. For supply and logistics reasons, some items may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.

In this case, it is normal: you will see multiple tracking numbers on your order tracking page, corresponding to different shipments of the same order.

You can therefore track each package separately using these numbers.

If a tracking number does not appear or if a package seems stuck, contact us and we will check with you.

👕 I received the "wrong" clothing size: what should I do?

On certain items, it may happen that the label on the garment does not exactly match the ordered size. This is because some manufacturers use a “one size up” labeling.

Rest assured: the size sent corresponds well to the size guide displayed on our site (European sizes).

Example: if you ordered S, it is possible that the product label indicates M, while still corresponding to a S according to the measurements.

In case of doubt, if needed, contact us with a photo of the label and the product: we will check with you and find the appropriate solution.
