Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.

You can request a return from your account on our website.

Here's how:

2. Go to “My Orders”
   
3. Open the order you want to return
   
4. Select “Request a Return”
   
5. Select the item and quantity
   
6. Choose a reason and add a comment if needed
   
7. Submit your return request
   

Once your request is approved, we'll email you the return instructions, including the return address and a return label where applicable.
